On the second day of our stay in St. Moritz we took a horse drawn carriage ride through the Roseg Valley where we had lunch at the Erdinger restaurant. There we were served a typical Swiss dish, the "Raclette", which consists of melted swiss cheese with boiled potatoes, and for dessert a choice from a large and sumptuous buffet table. From the restaurant we had clear views of the Bernina Mountains. |
